Andreas Troeger was born and raised in Germany. He graduated with degrees in film, video and communication technology from German Universities. In Germany and US he directed and produced nine short films and art videos focusing on medical and social issues such as STROM (English translation: current) and Lifepack. They have been screened and awarded in international festivals. Mr. Troeger has been collaborating with Nam June Paik and Paul Garrin in New York creating video sculptures since 1992. Currently Mr. Troeger dedicates his attention to the Internet and provides information, Fine Art and interactive web pages on his web server, Zero Tolerance.
